So... Decided to challenge the Equestria Daily Newbie Artist Training Grounds II thingadybob. It seemed like... fun. More accurately, it seemed like a lot of work. And it is. But seeing as I have a lot of other stuff to procrastinate, here I am. Since it's thirty days of pretty much rush work, I'm just dropping them all into the scraps folder. Take a look if you want. Posted something, so had to make a journal. So... Going to England today. Yup. In, like, ten hours. It's a bit weird. I don't think it's hit me yet. My body is giving me complaints though, so maybe it knows, and I'm just slow. Thought I'd leave my last words here in case I don't come back alive. You know, because of all the terrible airplane food. I joke. Honestly, I love airline lunches. Something about the wait, the expectation and the dissapointed reminds me of e3. Sigh. Good times. Good. You know what else makes me warm inside? Ponies. That's what. So... yea. My little ponies, eh? What can I say, I do have a soft spot for things that are created for the sole purpose of inspiring people to be better, oh and making money. Money is always the constant, so it can be ignored. The Apples have a humongous potential for heartbreaking backstory, and you sure make use of every bit of it. I cringed at the start of the honeycrisp exposition, because I knew it would never last, and that being in the past, she had already put it behind her. At least it was a bitter sweet end instead of a scar. It just breaks my heart the AJ has to keep standing tall, through thick and thin, not just for herself, but for her family. And she only wishes she could do more.
